Mustard Glazed Chicken Breast

Let me start off by saying I am not a huge fan of mustard. I don't hate it but it is not my favorite either. That being said when I made my Mustard Glazed Chicken Breast I was a bit skeptical about the outcome. My wife loves mustard so pleasing her with this dish was a no brainer except, she doesn't like sage. Turns out she loved my mustard glazed chicken. But what about the rest of the family? Sapphire loathes mustard, she hates salt also. This recipe has both ingredients in it and Saff said she liked it also.

Hmm, maybe I will give it a try. After my first bite, I was sold, it really did turn out amazing. So I had to share it with you guys. While making my meal plans for the week I try to make sure I make enough to freeze some for later. Saves time cooking when we are in a rush. I have learned that freezer cooking, as it is called, also helps to keep me on track. That is why this recipe calls for 6 chicken breasts instead of 3 🙂

Instant Pot and Ninja Foodi

I love using the Ninja Foodi to make our meals. Previously I used an Instant Pot and loved it. I even created the Ultimate Instant Pot Guide. I am working on an ultimate Ninja Foodi Guide but I want to use it a lot more before I start writing that one. There are a few key differences between the two which I will go into in another post, stay tuned. I love them both and have made delicious meals in both. I am sure whichever you choose you will be happy you made the switch 🙂
