Instant Pot BBQ Ribs
Our Instant Pot has been in overdrive lately. We have been dying to try and make BBQ ribs in the Instant Pot and We finally got around to it. We used my normal rub that we use when we are throwing them on the grill or in the oven. We have included the rub in the recipe below. The other recipe we used is Smileys Famous Zero Point BBQ Sauce. These two recipes come together to form a delicious dinner.

Want the perfect side dish for ribs? corn on the cob of course.
No Beer Ribs
If you don't want to use a beer try this instead. We added 1 1/2 cups of water, 4 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. The ribs tasted great!
We have seen some recipes on the net that say cook them for 20-25 minutes and you will have fall off the bone tender ribs.
Well in practice that just hasn't worked for us. We have purchased good quality ribs as well as less expensive ones, and what we have found to hold true, is you have to cook them a full 30 minutes plus a natural release, to get that fall of the bone tenderness, not a minute less.
Ingredients
4 Lbs of beef ribs*
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 12oz beer (you can make a liquid base to cook them in if you don't want to use beer) 4pts for a can of Bud Light

2 tablespoons Pod Bean hot sauce chipotle secret ingredient
*It is 7 points for 3oz of beef rib meat according to the WW app, so if you are tracking points you need to remove the meat from the bone and weigh it to get the most accurate results.
