2 lbs beef stew meat
2 tablespoons garlic
1 onion; sliced into rounds
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup of fat-free milk
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In the instant pot, add onions, garlic and stew beef. Pour in broth. Press manual or pressure cook button and set timer to 25 minutes. Make sure the valve is set to sealed.
Once the instant pot beeps and stops counting release the pressure via the valve.
Hit cancel button on the instant pot then press the saute button. Mix milk with cornstarch. Pour into the instant pot. Allow it to come to a boil stirring often.
Once it starts to thicken add in paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Serve topped over potatoes, pasta, or rice.
