Weight Watchers says you have to count points on fruit if they are blended. We personally do not count the points for the fruit and we eat these delicious shakes with a spoon to help prevent overeating. The points are calculated without including the points for the blended fruit.

McCormick brand extracts added to your premier protein can help it to taste better. If you don't like the taste of protein drinks. Try adding a flavor extract to them. McCormick makes several that will make getting your protein a little easier. Try the caramel extract in the vanilla premier protein I add the mixture to my coffee in the morning. It is oh so good. The peppermint extract added to the chocolate premier protein for a wintry treat even in the summer months. Can you say, Peppermint Patty?
